Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a reliable Test Driver to support road data collection missions across Europe. Based in Spain, you will drive project vehicles and operate technical equipment, occasionally serving as Driver or Co-Driver in a two-person vehicle team.

The role requires frequent long-distance travel across multiple countries, strict safety procedures, and strong communication in English. You should hold a valid driving licence and be comfortable with night shifts and varied schedules;

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence and safe driving record.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.
• Ability to work independently and in two-person teams.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles on road data collection missions across Europe.
• Work as Driver or Co-Driver depending on mission and shift.
• Follow predefined routes, schedules, and mission instructions.
• Operate project equipment according to procedures.
• Complete vehicle check-in/check-out procedures.
• Conduct basic vehicle and equipment checks before/after missions.
• Report issues to project team promptly.
• Support handovers between shifts and teams.
• Participate in long-distance and extended travel across Europe.
• Communicate mission progress and issues to team.
