Essity in Barcelona seeks a Material and Supply Planner to ensure reliable production by planning materials, coordinating with suppliers, and aligning forecasts across Europe. You will connect suppliers, sites, and production plans to anticipate risks, tackle shortages, and drive timely resolutions with cross-functional partners, contributing to Essity’s mission to advance well-being.

Formación

• Bachelor in Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 2 years in material, supply, or production planning in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP, planning tools, and MS Office (Excel).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Plan materials and coordinate with suppliers to ensure raw material availability.
• Share forecasts with suppliers to support supply planning.
• Create and follow up on purchase orders and supplier call-offs.
• Monitor inventory levels and address shortages or excess stock.
• Investigate shortages, deviations, and planning exceptions.
• Maintain accurate planning and procurement master data; support continuous improvement.
