Magnera is seeking an Innovation Leader to drive the European platform across spunlace, airlaid, through-air and spunmelt technologies. You will shape the agenda, accelerate product development, and ensure scalable execution that translates scientific capability into differentiated value.

This role requires strategic vision, executive presence, and the ability to partner with commercial, operations, and marketing teams to deliver market-ready solutions.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of nonwoven product or process development experience.
• Experience leading innovation, product development, or technology management.
• Proven ability to connect technical development with commercial outcomes.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a multi-technology innovation platform across spunlace, airlaid, through-air and spunmelt.
• Drive commercially relevant innovation with alignment between R&D, customers, and business strategy.
• Translate technical capability into differentiated products and processes.
• Build and lead high-performing, agile teams with a focus on speed and accountability.
• Partner cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and marketing to drive market adoption.
• Execute roadmaps with clarity, on-time delivery and resource efficiency.
• Maintain external perspective on market dynamics and competitive positioning.
