Job summary

Fortifi Food Processing Solutions is seeking to hire a financially driven FP&A Manager to partner with the Finance Director and President to translate strategic priorities into concrete financial outcomes. You will build a deep understanding of each business unit's markets, products, and processes to identify the drivers that matter most.

You will own driver-based forecasts and the Annual Operating Plan, ensuring data quality and consistent reporting across Europe while leveraging Workday

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• MBA, CPA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
• 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar role with cross-functional partnership.
• Experience forecasting, annual planning, executive reporting, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance Director and President to translate priorities into financial outcomes.
• Develop understanding of markets, customers, products, and operating processes to identify key drivers.
• Analyze performance vs prior year, plan, and forecast; identify gaps and actions to improve EBITDA and cash flow.
• Define actions with owners, timing, and financial impact; track progress and results.
• Provide decision-oriented insights for weekly reviews, monthly business reviews, and forums.
