GMV is seeking an operator for its GOVSATCOM Hub team in Tres Cantos, Spain. This role focuses on ensuring effective communication between EU public entities and satellite service providers. The operator will handle service requests, monitor services, and develop operational procedures.

Formación

• Must have a telecommunications technician qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with satellite communication systems is preferred.
• Good English language skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Execute operations for receiving service requests from users.
• Monitor communication services and take action according to procedures.
• Generate operational procedures coordinating with the development team.
• Provide feedback on issues to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions as the system evolves.
