Hunter Philips Executive Search seeks a seasoned M&A leader to head European renewables acquisitions and divestitures, reporting to the CEO with direct access to the senior team and investors.

Role located in Spain with hybrid flexibility; you will build a high-performing team and shape a regional M&A workflow across wind, solar and storage assets, enabling rapid progression into executive leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or Engineering.
• 3+ years leading M&A transactions for Utility-Scale Renewables.
• Experience negotiating with banks, funds, Utilities, and IPPs.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute a 3 to 5 year regional/international M&A strategy to secure a multi GW late stage or operational portfolio.
• Take the lead in origination, due diligence, negotiation, and closing of buy & sell side M&A deals, with a focus on acquisition of Utility-Scale Renewables Assets and/or Platforms.
• Establish & manage relationships with banks, brokers, consultancies, funds, IPPs, and developers across Europe.
• Build and lead a high performing team.
• Strong LTI opportunity available.
