EVERSANA is seeking a People Partner – Europe based in Ireland or Spain (home office) to support HR operations across Europe. The role collaborates with regional and global HR teams, Finance, Payroll and Legal, delivering high-quality HR services throughout the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in international HR operations (France mandatory) and fluency in English and French, with strong data-driven capabilities and confidentiality.

Formación

• 5–10 years HR operations experience, international environment, France is a must
• Fluent in English and French
• Strong data and confidentiality handling skills

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR leadership to understand Europe-wide needs and support daily HR operations
• Manage full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, changes, compensation, absence, data, compliance
• Ensure data integrity across HR systems and tools and liaise with Shared Services
• Support mobility, relocation, and diversity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives
