Job summary

Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) is looking for an RME Planner to drive maintenance planning across EU warehouses. You will manage CMMS, forecast spare parts, schedule preventive work, and allocate resources to keep operations running smoothly.

Based at a site in Spain, you will collaborate with local and EU teams, ensure compliance with EU standards, and maintain accurate equipment records. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities.
• Experience with CMMS software.
• Experience managing spare parts inventories.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced verbal and written skills in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Establish where maintenance and repairs resources should be allocated using CMMS.
• Understand and implement EU standards across all systems.
• Review and analyse on-site equipment to ensure stock levels are sufficient.
• Monitor the maintenance system to ensure equipment levels are recorded and forecasting is accurate.
