Dematic, a global leader in intralogistics automation, seeks an OT Cybersecurity Compliance Lead for the EMEA region. You will drive security by design across OT systems, ensuring conformity to the EU Cyber Resilience Act and Machinery Regulation, and manage risk through audits and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires deep OT security expertise, strong reporting capability, and the ability to influence teams in a matrix, international setting. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years in OT/ICS cybersecurity or industrial automation.
• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443 and OT network security basics.
• Awareness of EU Cyber Resilience Act and Machinery Regulation.
• Ability to write technical and compliance reports.

Responsabilidades

• Translate regulatory requirements into practical, auditable project requirements for OT systems.
• Maintain readiness for CRA milestones and Machinery Regulation timelines.
• Demonstrate system-level conformity and close integration gaps.
• Embed cybersecurity into the project lifecycle from design to handover.
• Produce handover security documentation and ops security baseline.
