Dematic, a global leader in intelligent intralogistics, seeks an OT Cybersecurity Compliance Lead to drive security across OT systems in the EMEA region from design to operation, collaborating with project teams, customers and suppliers.

You will translate the EU Cyber Resilience Act and Machinery Regulation into auditable engineering tasks, apply ISA/IEC 62443, and lead risk assessments and audits while supporting delivery with cross-functional teams. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Automation, CS, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in OT/IC cybersecurity or industrial automation.
• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443 and OT security fundamentals.
• Familiarity with EU Cyber Resilience Act and Machinery Regulation (EU 2023/1230).
• Experience embedding cybersecurity into project lifecycles.
• Ability to travel up to 25% internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Translate CRA and Machinery Regulation requirements into practical, auditable engineering and project requirements for OT systems.
• Maintain readiness for regulatory milestones and demonstrate system-level conformity.
• Embed OT cybersecurity into project lifecycle from design to handover.
• Apply ISA/IEC 62443 standards across OT systems including network segmentation and hardening.
• Conduct OT-specific risk assessments, testing and assurance reviews, tracking findings to closure.
• Coordinate with IT Security, customers and suppliers for incident readiness and response.
• Provide guidance and training to project teams on OT security requirements.
