Job summary

LEON CYCLE seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee EU operations, shipping, inventory forecasts, and cost control. You will implement policies, coordinate with 3PL, and drive operational excellence across warehouses in the EU region.

The role requires a strategic thinker with a track record of reducing costs and leading cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and quality goals. Experience with dangerous goods and start-up environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years senior supply chain experience in relevant sectors.
• Proven ability to reduce costs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with dangerous goods and oversized packages.

Responsibilities

• Direct inbound/outbound ops for EU region and warehouses.
• Develop warehouse systems and shipping procedures.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with legal, vendors, and government.
• Coach and develop operational teams to meet targets.
