Job summary

VB Spine, LLC seeks a Senior Lead, Compliance & Data Privacy for Europe to ensure regulatory alignment across multiple European markets. You will act as regional compliance expert, guiding country-specific requirements and practical governance for cross-functional teams.

You will oversee GDPR and data privacy programs, support ethical business practices, and align with corporate policies while evolving with regulatory changes in healthcare compliance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in compliance, data privacy, legal, or related function.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or MedTech compliance for European markets.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and European healthcare compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance oversight for HCP/HCO interactions, sponsorships, grants, and educational programs across Europe.
• Ensure activities comply with European healthcare laws, industry codes, and VB Spine policies.
• Lead GDPR and European data privacy compliance program across the organization.
• Partner with Legal, Commercial, IT, HR and other functions to address regulatory developments.
• Support CSR initiatives and compliance with UK Modern Slavery Act requirements.
