Job summary

LEON CYCLE seeks an Accounting Manager based in Barcelona to oversee EU and NA accounting, support ERP implementation, and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will collaborate with the Barcelona HQ and Shanghai Finance to maintain smooth operations and drive best practices across regions.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience, strong tax knowledge, and CPA qualifications preferred, with opportunities to impact process improvements in a fast-growing business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA qualifications completed or currently undertaking preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting for EU and North America operations.
• Coordinate with Barcelona HQ and Shanghai Finance for ERP rollout.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow reporting.
