Everpool Recruitment seeks an Estate Management Couple for a renowned shooting estate near Valencia, Spain. You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff leadership, budgets and compliance in a remote mountainous setting, delivering an exceptional client experience on shoot days.

Fluency in Spanish and English and legal entitlement to work in Spain are required. Accommodation and transport are provided on the estate.

Formación

Estate Management (Couple )– Valencia, Spain

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estate Management Couple to join a shooting partridge estate located in the mountains of Valencia, near Alcoi, Spain.

Candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English and legally entitled to live and work in Spain.

Set in a beautiful and remote mountain location, this position would suit a couple who are comfortable with rural living and enjoy the outdoors, with fantastic hiking and mountain biking routes available locally.

We are looking for candidates with proven experience within the industry, ideally at senior or leadership level, who can take responsibility for the effective day-to-day management of the estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the shooting estate.
• Oversee sustainable partridge and habitat management.
• Plan and deliver high-quality shoot days, ensuring safety and an exceptional client experience.
• Lead, train and manage estate staff, gamekeepers and seasonal teams.
• Maintain estate infrastructure, vehicles, equipment and accommodation.
• Manage budgets, procurement and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with hunting, environmental and health & safety regulations.
• Coordinate agricultural and conservation activities to support game management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, sporting agents, suppliers and local authorities.
• Protect estate assets through effective security and anti-poaching measures.

Ideal Candidates

The successful couple will be hands‑on, proactive and highly driven, with a strong work ethic and the ability to take responsibility for the smooth running of the estate.

Candidates should be flexible, reliable and highly organised, with strong planning, communication and interpersonal skills. Discretion and confidentiality are essential.

Construction knowledge would be an advantage, and good references will be required.
