Empresaconfidencial is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist to join a leading international retail organization and protect assets, reduce losses, and foster a culture of compliance across a multi-site store network. You will conduct regular audits, identify vulnerabilities, and support improvement plans while performing anti-fraud analyses and delivering training.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations, loss prevention, store management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders across different levels.
• Customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular loss prevention audits, assessing store processes, security measures, and operational compliance.
• Identify vulnerabilities, recommend corrective actions, and support implementation of improvement plans.
• Perform anti-fraud analyses, reviewing refunds, void transactions, cancelled receipts, and other cashpoint activities.
• Deliver training and awareness initiatives to strengthen loss prevention, security, and compliance practices among store teams.
• Support the implementation of local loss prevention strategies while aligning with broader business objectives.
• Coordinate inventory processes, investigate discrepancies, and support stock accuracy initiatives.
• Ensure security equipment is operating effectively and follow up on alarm reports and incidents.
• Collaborate with operational teams, finance departments, external security providers, and authorities when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular loss prevention audits, assessing store processes, security measures, and operational compliance.
• Identify vulnerabilities, recommend corrective actions, and support the implementation of improvement plans.
• Perform anti-fraud analyses, reviewing refunds, void transactions, cancelled receipts, and other cashpoint activities.
• Deliver training and awareness initiatives to strengthen loss prevention, security, and compliance practices among store teams.
• Support the implementation of local loss prevention strategies while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Coordinate inventory processes, investigate discrepancies, and support stock accuracy initiatives.
• Ensure security equipment is operating effectively and follow up on alarm reports and identified incidents.
• Collaborate with operational teams, finance departments, external security providers, and relevant authorities when required.

What We're Looking For

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel extensively, spending approximately 4-5 days per week visiting different locations.
