Job summary

Ravago is seeking an ESG & Sustainability Specialist to support our Group Sustainability Manager in ensuring reliable, auditable ESG and carbon data across the Group. You will combine sustainability expertise with strong analytics, focusing on Scope 1-3 emissions, PCF, circularity, energy and resource efficiency, and ESG reporting.

Based in Barcelona or Arendonk, you will help automate data collection and reporting, drive data quality improvements, and contribute to potential Life Cycle

Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry or related technical field.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience in carbon accounting, Scope 1-3 emissions and ESG reporting.
• Knowledge of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), circularity, energy and resource efficiency is valued.
• Strong analytical and data management skills with focus on accuracy and traceability.
• Structured and organized approach with collaboration across teams.
• Strong Excel skills and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Support ESG and sustainability reporting, including CSRD requirements.
• Collect, consolidate and analyse ESG data focusing on carbon footprint (Scope 1-3) and circularity.
• Maintain and develop Product Carbon Footprints (PCF) for manufactured products.
• Ensure ESG and carbon data is accurate, consistent and traceable with controls and documentation.
• Analyse results, identify inconsistencies and work with plants and business teams to improve data quality.
• Improve and automate ESG data collection and PCF reporting, with potential move towards Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).

At Ravago, we are looking for an ESG & Sustainability Specialist to support our Group Sustainability Manager in ensuring reliable, consistent and auditable ESG and carbon data across the Group.

The role combines sustainability expertise with strong analytical capabilities, with a particular focus on carbon footprint (Scope 1-3), Product Carbon Footprints (PCF), waste & circularity, energy and resource efficiency, and ESG reporting.

What will you do?

• Support the annual ESG and sustainability reporting, including CSRD requirements.
• Collect, consolidate and analyse ESG data, focusing on carbon footprint (Scope 1-3), circularity, energy and resource efficiency.
• Maintain and develop Product Carbon Footprints (PCF) for our manufactured products and support customer requests.
• Ensure ESG and carbon data is accurate, consistent and traceable, supporting documentation, controls and assurance processes.
• Analyse results, identify inconsistencies and work with plants and different business teams to improve data quality.
• Improve and further automate ESG data collection and PCF reporting processes, with potential future development towards Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).

What are we looking for?

• A background in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry or a related technical field, ideally with experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge or hands‑on experience in carbon accounting, Scope 1-3 emissions, Product Carbon Footprints (PCF) and ESG reporting.
• Knowledge of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), circularity, energy and resource efficiency is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and data management skills, with a focus on accuracy, quality and traceability.
• A structured and organized approach, with strong follow‑up and collaboration skills across different teams and functions.
• Strong Excel skills and fluent English. Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate is an asset.
