Avanade Inc. is seeking an ERP Technical Lead to guide customers and internal teams toward the best technical ERP solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

You’ll gather requirements, design scalable architectures, integrate AI-enabled capabilities, and support pre-sales activities, architecture reviews, and proposals, with strong stakeholder engagement and delivery leadership.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and legacy AX implementations.
Deep expertise in X++ development, solution design, integration patterns, and enterprise architecture.
Proven experience leading large ERP implementations with multiple integrations and ISV solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead customers and an internal team to deliver the best technical ERP solution.
Collect information, analyze requirements, and provide technical and operational support.
Support Project Manager toward project success and drive architecture decisions.
Define technical standards and governance for enterprise solutions.

Working as part of the ERP team you’ll collect information, analyze requirements, and solve problems, providing technical and operational support.

We are looking for a Technical Lead in ERP who can lead customers and an internal team to the best technical solution, supporting the Project Manager toward project success.

Skills And Experience

Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and legacy Dynamics AX implementations.
Deep expertise in X++ development, solution design, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ERP implementations involving multiple integrations, ISV solutions, and complex technology ecosystems.
Strong understanding of Azure, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture principles.
Experience designing scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.
Ability to evaluate, design, and integrate AI-powered capabilities within ERP and enterprise business solutions.
Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution envisioning workshops, effort estimations, architecture reviews, and proposal development.
Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-oriented outcomes.
Experience collaborating with business leaders, enterprise architects, engineering teams, delivery managers, and executive stakeholders.
Proven ability to provide technical leadership, mentor and coach architects, developers, and consultants while fostering innovation, technical excellence, continuous improvement, and the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.
Ability to define technical standards, architecture governance, and best practices for emerging technologies and enterprise solutions.
