Airbus Defence and Space SAU is looking for an ERP Functional Expert for Customer Services to reinforce its internal SAP team, based in Spain (Getafe or Seville). You will join an international group of SAP Functional Experts with focus on the SAP SD/CS area and ERP platforms, contributing to service and project delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years of SAP SD/CS/Services experience, an English negotiation level, and a customer/delivery oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support on SAP systems and implement enhancements and projects on this system, including new S/4HANA solutions.
• Integrate the SAP OTC/CS team with a proactive mindset and collaborate with the DIGITAL organization and key users.
• Support the creation of functional designs and coordinate with developers to modify ABAP for new requirements.
• Support order-to-cash and customer services processes.

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for an ERP Functional Expert for Customer Services to reinforce its internal SAP team, based in Spain (Getafe or Seville). You will join an international group of around 65 SAP Functional Experts with around 11 SAP SD/CS Experts located in the four core countries. This position contributes to the service/project delivery by the ERP Competence & Delivery Center covering all AD ERP platforms, with special focus on the Spanish national system and divisional system. Inside the scope of this functional domain you will have to manage projects, enhancements and also support and bug fixing on Order-to-Cash and Customer Services processes.

Your challenges

• Provide support on the SAP systems of AD (including new solution S4 hana), implement enhancements & projects on this system taking into account the guidelines of Airbus Defence & Space to manage them.
• SAP Standard mindset.
• Integrate the SAP OTC/CS team with an open mindset to ensure an excellent team work inside the DIGITAL organization and with the business (key) users.
• Support the team in all the new requirements they have coming from the key users. Understand their needs and propose solutions to their issues/requirements.
• Proven functional skills in ERP SD/CS/PM.
• Support the creation of the functional design and support the ERP developer at functional level to develop/modify the ABAP code to be adjusted to the new requirements.

• This position requires a minimum of 1‑3 years of experience in the SAP SD/CS/Services domain.
• The candidate has to be fully customer and delivery oriented.
• English on negotiation level.
• Self‑organized and ability to organize a workpackage.
• This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
• This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
