SKIDATA in Madrid seeks an ERP Application Engineer (m/f/d) to bridge finance processes and technology. You will own ERP support for Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, manage rollouts, and coordinate third‑party integrations.

You bring a degree in business administration or computer science, strong finance‑process experience, ERP system familiarity, and excellent stakeholder communication. The role offers a flexible hybrid model with meal allowance and growth opportunities.

If you thrive on solving complex finance-process challenges, enjoy being the vital link between technology and business, and are eager to make a lasting impact on our finance systems, this is your chance to shine.**What You'll Do*** **Finance Process Support:** Provide expert support for ERP issues and change requests with a focus on finance processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, bank management, and reporting.* **Application Administration:** Own application administration for our core ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.* **ERP Rollouts:** Plan, prepare, and support ERP rollouts for finance processes and tools, including key user and end user training.* **Third-Party Integration:** Coordinate the financial integration of Dynamics add-ins and third-party applications, such as contract and HR tools.* **Continuous Improvement:** Design sustainable solutions that prevent recurring issues and drive continuous improvement across our finance systems.* **Stakeholder Coordination:** Communicate and coordinate with external partners and key users to keep projects moving forward.* **Documentation:** Maintain and update functional specifications, user manuals, and support documentation.* **Interface Monitoring:** Monitor interfaces for financial transactions to ensure smooth, reliable operations.In this role, you'll be at the heart of our finance systems landscape, ensuring smooth operations while helping shape their future direction.
