H2O Innovation is seeking an ERP Analyst to lead ERP systems, with a strong focus on IFS. You will translate business needs into configurations, support operations, and collaborate with finance, supply chain, and manufacturing to drive improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in ERP analysis, experience with IFS or other ERPs, and bilingual English/Spanish. You will contribute to upgrades, testing, and documentation while fostering user adoption.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as an ERP / Functional / Application Analyst.
• Strong experience with enterprise ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with IFS (asset).
• Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Experience with ERP configuration and user support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the functional lead for ERP systems, with a strong focus on IFS.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations and enhancements.
• Support daily ERP operations, troubleshooting issues and conducting root-cause analysis.
• Configure workflows, roles, and ERP functionalities.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support testing activities including unit testing, integration, and UAT.
• Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and process documentation.
• Train and support end users to ensure strong system adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.).
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to business processes and system usage.
