Job summary

Banco Santander Sa is seeking experienced Equity Research Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights. The role is remote and contractor-based, with responsibilities spanning earnings revisions, peer benchmarking, and building investment theses.

You will review datasets, evaluate financial models, and prepare concise research summaries while contributing to training AI systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Sell-Side Research Associate, Research Analyst, VP, or Director with ownership of company models and research.
• Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance, and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector, such as banking, insurance, biotech, technology, or other industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, and event-driven research.
• Experience developing and defending investment theses and research views.
