Job summary

Banco Santander Sa is seeking an Equity Research Expert to contribute to a remote, contract-based project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights. You will review real-world equity research content, analyze earnings revisions, and help train AI systems with rigorous research output.

The role demands ownership of company models, strong sector knowledge, and the ability to develop investment theses supported by quantitative and qualitative analyses.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Sell-Side Research Associate, Research Analyst, VP, or Director with ownership of company models and research.
• Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance, and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector, such as banking, insurance, biotech, technology, or other industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, and event-driven research.
• Experience developing and defending investment theses and research views.
