Banco Santander S.A. is seeking a senior Equity Research VP for the European Consumer sector to cover leading companies. You will build financial models, produce research ideas, and communicate insights to institutional investors.

You will work with a high-caliber team in Madrid, requiring strong English and Spanish communication, and the ability to perform under pressure. The role offers hybrid work with some onsite days and access to Santander Open Academy and learning resources.

Formación

• 3–7 years of relevant experience as an equity analyst or similar role.
• Graduate degree in Economics, business administration or engineering.
• Fluent English in written and spoken; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
