PQE Group is seeking an Equipment Qualification & Maintenance Specialist to support assembly, disassembly, cleaning, qualification, and maintenance of GMP equipment and instrumentation. The role involves coordinating with suppliers and ensuring GMP-compliant records and SOPs are followed.

Based in Barcelona, you will participate in qualification/calibration activities and maintain documentation across projects in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with assembly, disassembly, cleaning, and maintenance of laboratory and GMP equipment.
• Familiarity with equipment qualification, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with laboratory, production, or process equipment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform assembly, disassembly, cleaning, setup, and routine maintenance of laboratory and GMP equipment.
• Support periodic qualification and calibration activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols and reports.
• Perform preventive maintenance, equipment checks, troubleshooting, and basic component replacement.
• Coordinate qualification, calibration, and maintenance activities with suppliers and external service providers.
• Manage planning, scheduling, spare parts, kits, and consumables required for maintenance activities.
• Maintain equipment documentation, qualification/calibration status, and GMP records.
• Support the preparation and review of SOPs and ensure activities are performed in compliance with GMP requirements

We are looking for an Equipment Qualification & Maintenance Specialist in Barcelona to support the assembly, disassembly, cleaning, qualification, and maintenance of GMP equipment and instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, disassembly, cleaning, setup, and routine maintenance of laboratory and GMP equipment.
• Support periodic qualification and calibration activities, including preparation and execution of IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols and reports.
• Perform preventive maintenance, equipment checks, troubleshooting, and basic component replacement.
• Coordinate qualification, calibration, and maintenance activities with suppliers and external service providers.
• Manage planning, scheduling, spare parts, kits, and consumables required for maintenance activities.
• Maintain equipment documentation, qualification/calibration status, and related GMP records.

Qualification & Skills

• Degree or technical qualification in a scientific, engineering, or technical discipline.
• Previous experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience with equipment assembly, disassembly, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with equipment qualification, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with laboratory, production, or process equipment is a plus.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
