Novanta Inc. is seeking a talented junior engineer to join Celera Motion in Spain. The role focuses on bringing new products to market, defining and executing tests to ensure high reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet quality standards.

You will work with engineers to understand product requirements, develop test plans, and apply testing procedures to ensure product quality and reliability while contributing to process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Basic understanding of product development lifecycle and testing.
• Experience with test automation tools.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues and ensure high-quality standards.
• Create comprehensive test plans aligned with product requirements.
• Execute test cases, document results and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Identify defects and support resolution efforts with detailed reports.
