Amazon is hiring Installation Technicians (entry level) for our data center campuses in Spain. You will install fiber optic and copper cables connecting new server racks to the network, learning through a 12‑month World Based Learning Program.

No prior data center experience is required; we provide training from day one. The role is on-site and physically demanding, with a focus on safety and teamwork as you develop into a fully autonomous technician.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• English proficiency required to follow internal tools, documentation, and procedures.
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential.
• Physical fitness for a physically demanding onsite role.

Responsabilidades

• Install fiber optic and copper cables following detailed work instructions.
• Connect cables to network equipment including patch panels and switches.
• Run validation tests using internal software tools to confirm signal paths.
• Manage cable inventory and keep storage areas organized.
• Coordinate daily with the team on tasks, priorities and blockers.
• Follow safety protocols and use required PPE at all times.
