Aily Labs SLU is seeking an R&D Business Impact Lead to embed Aily App into core R&D routines, delivering measurable performance impact across research, portfolio governance, clinical development, and pipeline strategy.

You will own the end-to-end client journey from first integration to enterprise-wide adoption, collaborating with senior leaders to accelerate value and ensure trusted deployment.

Formación

• Bachelor, Master, PhD, or MBA in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ or 7+ years in R&D strategy, pharma consulting, clinical operations, portfolio management, or innovation leadership.
• Experience with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients.
• Excellent communication with senior R&D and executive stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Translate R&D routines into product requirements and AI decision logic.
• Define AI outcomes and R&D decision quality standards.
• Co-shape scalable product capabilities across research, portfolio, and clinical use cases.
• Partner with Product, ML, and Engineering on feasibility and deployment readiness.
• Define and own data requirements, data collection, and AI fine-tuning needs to accelerate deployment and time to value.
• Influence the product roadmap through client impact and adoption insights.
