Aily Labs is seeking a Finance Product Lead within our Business Impact Leads team to own the finance product journey end-to-end for a Fortune 500 client, from deployment to CFO weekly routines.

You will bridge client finance leadership with Product, ML and Data teams, defining requirements, validating with business feedback, and driving adoption until value is undeniable. Hybrid setup with 2–3 days on-site in Madrid, Barcelona or Munich.

Mission

In this role, you will be part of the Business Impact Leads (“BILs”) team and you will own the finance product journey for one Fortune 500 client end-to-end — from first deployment to the point where their CFO organization uses Aily in its weekly routines.

You will sit between the client's finance leadership and our Product, ML, and Data teams: you define what the product needs to do, validate it with real business feedback, and drive adoption until the value is undeniable.

Your Responsibilities

Deployment, Adoption & Time-to-Value

• Drive rollouts from entry-point finance use cases to enterprise-wide adoption;
• Own time to first active user and time to routine across finance deployments;
• Upskill and evangelize finance users through workshops, executive sessions, and engagement campaigns.

Client Leadership & Executive Engagement

• Act as the trusted finance domain expert for your client and for internal Product and AI teams;
• Turn C-level finance stakeholders into active champions of the product;
• Communicate AI and data topics, assumptions, and trade-offs in clear business language.

Finance Solution Architecture

• Translate finance routines into product requirements and AI decision logic;
• Define and own data requirements, data collection, and AI fine-tuning needs to accelerate deployment and time to value;
• Partner with Product, ML, Data and Engineering on delivery feasibility and ensure operational readiness;
• Influence the product roadmap through client and adoption insights.

ABOUT YOU

Must have

• You've led a cross-functional transformation workstream with quantifiable impact;
• Deep fluency in corporate finance routines: budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, P&L and cash management;
• 6+ years of experience in top-tier consulting firms or startup/scale-up environments, where you delivered under ambiguity and tight timelines;
• You've worked directly with senior finance or C-level stakeholders and changed a decision they were about to make;
• You're comfortable with data and AI concepts — data requirements, model behavior, accuracy trade-offs — and can translate them for a CFO.

Strongly preferred

• Proven experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients;
• Experience with AI-powered, analytics, or data-intensive products;
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or scaling small teams or domain practices.
