ERNI is seeking a senior data migration architect to lead enterprise data migration initiatives for Pharma projects. You will design and govern migration solutions across ERP implementations, applying data architecture, data migration and cloud ETL to enable scalable transformations globally.

You will mentor migration specialists, review technical designs, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture. Our hybrid model offers office days and strong opportunities for professional growth.

Can you imagine leading enterprise data migration initiatives that enable critical transformation projects in the Pharma sector?

Join our expert team to work on a Pharma project, contributing to the design and governance of enterprise data migration solutions supporting ERP implementations and complex system transformations. You will apply your knowledge of Data Architecture, Data Migration and Cloud ETL to design scalable and sustainable migration solutions across global programs.

What you will bring

• Strong experience leading data migration and data management initiatives across complex programs.
• Solid knowledge of data architecture, ERP data models, data discovery and source-to-target mapping.
• Experience defining migration strategies, transformation rules, validation procedures, reconciliation approaches and cutover strategies.
• Knowledge of cloud-based ETL solutions architecture, preferably with Amazon AWS services.
• Knowledge of SAP architecture, network concepts and GxP system validation is a plus.

You will be responsible for leading the technical design and governance of data migration solutions across global programs. You will define migration architectures, frameworks, technical standards and source-to-target mappings while ensuring alignment with business processes and enterprise architecture. You will review technical designs, transformation rules and validation approaches and provide technical leadership to migration specialists, developers and analysts throughout the migration lifecycle.

Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and team, but we love seeing each other’s faces; the best stories always happen in the office!
