Hack in Hire is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect for a multinational client. You will define and evolve enterprise security architectures, acting as the technical reference across the organization and ensuring security is embedded in all programs and initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with vendors, and participate in governance processes to shape security roadmaps. Strong English is essential, with German proficiency as a valuable asset for international collaboration.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience performing Cybersecurity Architect responsibilities.
• Experience designing, implementing, and evolving enterprise security architectures within multinational organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating internal technical teams and external service providers.
• Experience participating in technology governance processes and enterprise architecture decision-making.
• Professional proficiency in German.

Responsabilidades

• Define, design, and lead the evolution of cybersecurity architectures aligned with business objectives and risk management.
• Act as the technical reference point for cybersecurity across the organization.
• Ensure security requirements are integrated into technology programs, projects, and initiatives.
• Define security standards, policies, roadmaps, and strategic security evolution plans.
• Coordinate with governance processes and support architectural decision-making.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams and external service providers.
