Kyndryl is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead hybrid cloud transformation programs for large enterprise clients in Madrid. You will define architecture standards, guide modernization roadmaps, and align technology with business goals.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with sales and delivery, and act as trusted advisor to executives, shaping strategic technology investments and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, Hybrid Cloud, Infrastructure Transformation, or related technology leadership roles.
• Strong background in designing and leading complex infrastructure, cloud, and modernization programs within large enterprise environments.
• Experience leading client engagements, executive-level discussions, strategic technology assessments, and transformation roadmaps.

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, Hybrid Cloud, Infrastructure Transformation, or related technology leadership roles.

• Strong background in designing and leading complex infrastructure, cloud, and modernization programs within large enterprise environments.

• Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Experience leading client engagements, executive-level discussions, strategic technology assessments, and transformation roadmaps.

• Track record of supporting business growth through solution development, proposal leadership, pre-sales activities, and go-to-market initiatives.

• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with executives, business, and technical stakeholders.

• Experience managing complex programs, multiple priorities, and cross‑functional teams in dynamic and multi‑vendor environments.

• Broad understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including Data Center, Hybrid Cloud, Storage, Networking, Security, Middleware, Databases, and Business Resilience solutions.

• Knowledge of AI infrastructure and emerging technologies is considered an advantage.

Industry-recognized certifications are highly valued, particularly in Hybrid Cloud, Enterprise Infrastructure, and Architecture disciplines, including certifications from VMware by Broadcom, Red Hat, Nutanix, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and other leading technology providers.

Additional certifications in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Platforms, Security, Networking, Storage, and Infrastructure Technologies will be considered an advantage.
