Kyndryl is seeking an Enterprise Architect to transform IT into a business engine and bridge customer needs with IT strategy. You will lead architecture across engineering platforms, AI, and cloud initiatives, shaping the future of our consulting practice.

You will guide teams, design scalable cloud and on‑prem solutions, and ensure collaboration with clients to deliver measurable outcomes. A strong communicator with leadership experience is essential.

Formación

• Experience designing Enterprise Architecture for large organizations.
• Ability to architect, design and implement IT infrastructure and platforms.
• Proven team leadership experience.

What you will do

Connect Strategy to Execution

• Bridge the gap: Connect customer business needs directly to their IT strategy.
• Architect for agility: Use advanced models and views to design solutions that are agile, sustainable and flexible, with AI at the core.
• Map the mission: Develop a high‑level, enterprise‑wide architecture that aligns IT capabilities with the organization’s core business mission.

Drive Customer Innovation

• Apply industry intelligence: Use deep industry knowledge and best practices to develop effective, modern IT solutions.
• Solve complex problems: Understand customer needs and constraints to build high‑performance frameworks.
• Provide expert direction: Share comprehensive knowledge of Kyndryl’s solutions and offer industry‑leading strategies.
• Ensure satisfaction: Drive world‑class results by aligning IT infrastructure with the customer’s business landscape.

Inform and Influence

• Master the message: Use your in‑depth knowledge of leading‑edge solutions to influence customers and drive adoption.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to be a skilled communicator, able to influence customers and sell our solutions using your in‑depth knowledge of leading‑edge technology solutions and your understanding of their business and industry.

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

• Experience designing Enterprise Architecture
• Ability to architect, design and implement IT infrastructure and platforms within a large operating organization
• Team lead experience

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with one or more of the cloud technologies
