Hitachi Energy is seeking a Prompt Engineer to join our ACE initiative, focused on generative AI-driven bid and proposal management within the Transformer Business Unit. You will design, test, and optimize domain-specific prompts to ensure accurate, context-aware outputs that align with business goals.

You will collaborate with IT experts, SMEs, and stakeholders to translate complex processes into ACE-specific prompts, while reducing hallucinations and improving throughput.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering is required.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, refine, and maintain prompt libraries for transformer units/factories.
• Implement prompt chaining, context injection, and few-shot learning for accuracy.
• Own prompt lifecycle management including versioning and governance.
• Evaluate LLM responses for precision, compliance, and bias mitigation.
• Conduct A/B testing and maintain dashboards for prompt effectiveness.
• Collaborate with SMEs, IT, and stakeholders to embed prompts into ACE workflows.
• Document prompt strategies and align with AI Ethics Charter.
• Stay updated on GenAI technologies and best prompting practices.
