Testia France in Getafe, Spain, seeks an IT Operations Specialist to serve as the primary IT liaison for national sites and collaborate with global IT teams to deliver standardized services.
You will manage local IT assets, provide on-site Level 2/3 support, and coordinate onboarding/offboarding while ensuring alignment with global infrastructure and cybersecurity standards. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

Reports to: Head of Digital Operations
The IT Operations Specialist for Spain is a key role within our global IT structure. You will be the primary focal point for all Testia sites in Spain, while also being an integral part of a transnational team. This team collaborates closely to share best practices and ensure consistent service delivery across the group. Simultaneously, you will act as the crucial link between Spanish business needs and our central transnational IT teams (Infrastructure, Applications, and Security). Your scope will cover all internal Testia IT needs while also supporting seamless cooperation with, and on, external customer systems. You will ensure global IT strategies are successfully implemented locally and that local requirements are effectively communicated to the global team. This position requires a blend of hands‑on technical support, local site management, customer oriented mindset and strategic collaboration.
2/3 years' higher education in IT or systems and network administration, or a Master's degree or engineering school. You will have initial experience of IT and networks in a Windows and Linux environment and/or personal or professional experience of development/scripting in modern languages.
Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential.
