InterBridges, a well-established language academy in Madrid, is seeking an enthusiastic English teacher with native or near-native command of the language to join our team. We focus on real communication and meaningful spoken interaction to help students build confidence and achieve their goals.

You will teach groups and individuals across ages, maintain engaging lessons, and collaborate with our academic coordination team.

Responsabilidades

• Teach group and one-on-one English lessons for children, teenagers and adults.
• Deliver lessons with a focus on communicative competence and speaking skills.
• Collaborate with the academic coordination team and use supplied teaching materials.

Are you passionate about teaching English and inspiring students to learn, participate and enjoy every lesson?

InterBridges, a well-established language academy located in Alameda de Osuna, Madrid, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced English teacher with a native or near-native command of the language to join our team.

Our methodology focuses on real communication and meaningful spoken interaction, while developing all the essential language skills. We aim to create dynamic, engaging and supportive lessons that help students build confidence, make progress and achieve their goals.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a native or near-native command of English.
• Is engaging, creative and able to make lessons enjoyable.
• Is responsible, organised and committed.
• Has a genuine passion for teaching and supporting students' progress.
• Has valid permission to work in Spain.
• Has at least three years of English-language teaching experience.
• Has experience teaching children, teenagers and adults, both individually and in groups.
• Is confident teaching General English across a range of ages and levels.
• Has experience preparing students for Cambridge English Qualifications.

Experience preparing students for other official examinations, such as Aptis, IELTS, TOEFL or similar qualifications, will also be highly valued.

Required availability

• Mondays and Wednesdays: starting between 4:15 and 4:30 p.m. and finishing between 8:30 and 9:00 p.m.
• Tuesdays and Thursdays: starting between 4:00 and 4:15 p.m. and finishing between 8:30 and 9:00 p.m.

The timetable will include group and individual lessons with students of different ages and proficiency levels.
