Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Engineer to join our Hotels team in Spain. You will maintain hotel facilities, respond to service requests, and perform diverse maintenance tasks across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and safety systems, ensuring a safe and welcoming guest experience.

You will also conduct preventive inspections, document maintenance work, and help uphold Hilton’s hospitality standards while contributing to a smooth, efficient operation for every guest stay.

• Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including fire alarm, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
