Técnicas Reunidas is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team on large power projects under a permanent contract, reporting to the Project Director. You will coordinate multiple engineering disciplines and ensure technical quality, deadlines, and budget compliance.

International mobility to project sites is required, and a high level of English (C1) is expected as you participate in client meetings, reviews, and Change Notifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience on Power projects.
• Knowledge of full project cycle: construction, procurement, engineering, processes.
• International mobility to project sites is required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate engineering leaders and ensure technical quality, deadlines, and costs.
• Lead the Engineering Plan development and ensure its compliance.
• Ensure engineering design integrity and adherence to procedures, standards, HSE, QA, and QC.
• Participate in client meetings to review engineering activities and deliverables (P&IDs, 3D model, etc.).
• Lead progress reporting and budget control of engineering hours and resources.
