INFINNI está buscando un Lead de Ingeniería para liderar sistemas backend escalables y resolver retos en entornos distribuidos. Trabajarás junto a equipos internacionales, supervisando arquitectura, diseño y entrega de software de alto rendimiento.

El rol exige experiencia sólida en Java o Go, y capacidad de mentoría, con enfoque en calidad, eficiencia y colaboración entre equipos. Ubicación en A Coruña, con oportunidades de trabajo remoto limitado y crecimiento profesional.

Formación

• 8+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software.
• 3+ años en rol de Tech Lead o liderazgo de equipos.
• Experiencia sólida en Java o Go para backend.
• Conocimiento de Spring Boot, Spring Cloud y microservicios.
• Experiencia con MySQL/PostgreSQL y sistemas de mensajería (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Capacidad para diseño de sistemas distribuidos y RESTful API.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar la arquitectura y desarrollo de servicios backend escalables.
• Promover estándares de arquitectura, prácticas de ingeniería y revisión de código.
• Colaborar con equipos de Producto, Infraestructura y DevOps.
• Mentorear y desarrollar a los ingenieros, fomentando una cultura de ingeniería.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Lead to help build and scale high-performance backend systems powering global products and platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong engineering depth with technical leadership experience — someone who enjoys solving complex distributed systems challenges while mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence across teams.

You will work closely with international teams across Europe and Asia in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

Technical Leadership

• Lead the architecture, development, and evolution of scalable backend services and distributed systems
• Drive technical decision-making, architecture standards, and engineering best practices
• Contribute hands-on to system design, implementation, code reviews, and production troubleshooting
• Improve system reliability, scalability, observability, and operational excellence
• Collaborate closely with Product, Infrastructure, DevOps, and cross-functional engineering teams
• Help establish a strong engineering culture focused on ownership, pragmatism, and continuous improvement

Team & Engineering Culture

• Mentor and support engineers through technical guidance and day-to-day collaboration
• Lead by example with strong engineering standards and execution quality
• Help scale and organize engineering teams as the company grows
• Support hiring, onboarding, and technical development of team members
• Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing engineering environment

Cross-Regional Collaboration

• Work closely with distributed teams across Europe and Asia
• Help align technical priorities and execution across regions and time zones

What We’re Looking For

Core Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or engineering team lead
• Strong hands-on experience in Java or Go backend engineering
• Solid software engineering fundamentals and code design capabilities
• Experience with mainstream backend technologies and frameworks including:
• Spring Boot
• Spring Cloud
• Microservices architecture

System Design & Distributed Systems

• Strong computer science fundamentals, including:
• Data structures
• Algorithms
• Operating systems principles
• Proven experience designing and evolving medium-to-large scale systems
• Deep understanding of distributed systems design and related challenges, including:
• Consistency
• Fault tolerance
• Scalability
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices

Database, Messaging & Infrastructure

• Strong experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Practical experience with:
• SQL optimization
• Index tuning
• Database sharding and partitioning
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Experience designing asynchronous and event-driven architectures
• Proven experience building high-concurrency and highly available systems
• Familiar with AWS ecosystem and cloud-native infrastructure
• Experience with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes

Engineering & Delivery

• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
• Experience operating and scaling complex production systems
• Professional working proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Frontend experience with React, Electron, TypeScript
• Experience in high-growth startups or international engineering organizations
• Experience building developer platforms, infrastructure tooling, or AI-related systems
• Experience working in highly distributed or remote-first teams
