Q-Tech busca un profesional de software con pasión por crear productos de alta calidad que mejoren la vida de las personas y sus mascotas. Trabajo internacional en un ambiente ágil, con enfoque en experiencia de usuario y calidad.

Ubicación: Barcelona (Poblenou). Modelo híbrido con oficina los lunes y jueves. Contrato indefinido a tiempo completo. Se valora experiencia en ReactJS/React Native, Python y bases de datos relacionales, con énfasis en pruebas automatizadas.

Formación

• 7+ años de experiencia como ingeniero de software.
• Experiencia con Python u otro lenguaje backend.
• Conocimientos de ReactJS y/o React Native.
• Buena comprensión de bases de datos relacionales y diseño de esquemas.
• Compromiso con pruebas automatizadas y buenas prácticas de ingeniería.

Responsabilidades

• Construir productos orientados al usuario con UX y calidad.
• Trabajar con requerimientos poco definidos y colaborar entre equipos.
• Liderar iniciativas técnicas y mentoría en el equipo.

Technical requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a professional software engineer.
• Strong, proven knowledge of Python or another backend language.
• Experience with ReactJS and/or React Native
• Good understanding of relational databases and schema design.
• A strong commitment to automated testing, code quality, and engineering best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Django or other Python-based frameworks.
• Interest or experience in React Native.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools.

Soft skills

• A true team player.
• Very detail-oriented when it comes to design and user experience.
• Comfortable working with agile methodologies.
• Analytical thinker who enjoys tackling new challenges.
• Fluent in English (international team).
