Job summary

Sonnedix is seeking a Market Strategy Intern to join the Commercial department in Madrid. You will work at the intersection of energy markets, data analytics, and commercial strategy, supporting revenue forecasting for PV, BESS, and hybrid portfolios.

The role involves automating processes, producing monthly/quarterly reports, and collaborating with Acquisitions/Finance, Portfolio Structuring, and other teams while leveraging Python/R, SQL, and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with business impact.
• Proactive and results‑oriented, able to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Able to collaborate across departments in a multi‑disciplinary environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global energy market dynamics and regulatory developments.
• Support development and maintenance of revenue forecast models for PV, BESS and hybrid assets.
• Automate and standardise recurring analytical processes and reporting.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable outputs for stakeholders.
