Job summary

Greenvolt Power Spain is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee negotiation, execution, and management of contracts related to market representation, PPAs, CfDs, and GO trading. You will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards while optimizing financial and operational outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in energy contracting, strong stakeholder skills, and excellent English communication. You will work closely with legal, finance, and trading teams in a fast-paced energy market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Energy, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in energy contracting, procurement, or trading.
• Familiarity with energy markets, renewable energy projects, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts for energy market representation, PPAs, CfDs, and GO trading.
• Ensure contracts comply with objectives, risk tolerance, and regulatory requirements.
• Onboard contracts in the ETRM tool and maintain archives.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and trading teams to incorporate terms.
