The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Attorney to join a leading firm specializing in the energy sector. Located in Barcelona, you will collaborate closely with the Regulatory and Renewable Energy departments and international clients. Responsibilities include advising on public contracting, resolving sector-related queries, and preparing regulatory documentation.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory and/or Energy law, excellent organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English and German.

Formación

The Green Recruitment Company is hiring an Attorney with experience in Energy/Regulatory Law to work in a renowned firm specialized in the energy sector with offices in Madrid and Barcelona. The chosen person will report directly to the area partner and will be part of a growing young team having constant contact with the Regulatory and Renewable Energy departments as well as international clients.

Responsibilities:

• Advice on matters of public contracting and permitting.
• Resolution of queries related to the energy sector.
• Analysis and preparation of documentation adapted to the regulations to enter the tenders.
• Advice to the firm's clients on regulatory aspects of the Energy sector, in administrative proceedings and in processes in the contentious-administrative order.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory and/or Energy law.
• Experience managing teams.
• Ability to identify and manage risks in projects.
• High organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent level of English and German.
