Confidential is seeking an OS & Ecosystem Manager to lead standardisation and evolution of our end-user computing environment in Madrid. You will ensure security, efficiency, and alignment with business needs while improving system reliability and user experience.

In this role, you will manage OS lifecycles, enforce configurations, oversee app deployment, and collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Support teams to drive automation and performance improvements.

Formación

• 5–7+ years in endpoint management or similar roles.
• Strong expertise in Windows, macOS, iOS, Android.
• Experience with Intune, Endpoint Manager, Jamf or similar.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security and device governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in scale-up or high-growth environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the lifecycle of operating systems, including updates, patching, and upgrades.
• Define and enforce standard configurations and policies for end-user devices.
• Oversee deployment and management of business applications.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security baselines (encryption, antivirus, access control).
• Monitor device performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Support teams.
