The role requires a university degree in logistics or related field and 2+ years in transport operations. Fluency in English and a second European language is preferred, with travel 10–20% (40-50% onboarding).

Qualifications

• University degree in Logistics, Supply chain, Business Management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in transport operations or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout and daily use of the Transportation Management System across EMEA.
• Work with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor shipments using TMS and tracking tools; resolve issues.
• Optimize routes and transport plans to improve cost and delivery performance.
• Analyze transportation data to identify trends and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies in all transport activities.
