BAUSCH HEALTH in JeleniaGóra, Poland, is seeking an EMEA Supply Chain Planning Specialist (Demand/Supply Planner) to own end-to-end planning in SAP IBP. You will balance inventory, demand, and costs while providing clear insights to international markets and supporting S&OP processes.

The role requires a university degree in a related field and at least 2 years in planning, with strong Excel skills, English fluency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on demand, supply, and portfolio changes.
• Monitor KPIs, support S&OP, and prepare analyses for decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and data quality.

EMEA Supply Chain Planning Specialist (Demand/Supply Planner)

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• managing the end-to-end planning process for an assigned portfolio within SAP IBP, including demand forecasting, replenishment planning, procurement planning, and inventory management;
• balancing product availability, inventory levels, and supply chain costs to achieve target service levels across supported markets;
• analyzing forecasts, historical sales data, and financial plans, while identifying and explaining key variances and business impacts;
• providing supported markets with clear, consistent updates from across the organization, together with planning insights, recommendations, and risk assessments;
• identifying, monitoring, and mitigating risks related to backorders, excess inventory, and product obsolescence;
• collaborating closely with cross-functional teams on demand, supply, inventory, product availability, and portfolio changes;
• monitoring planning KPIs, supporting the S&OP process, reporting results, and preparing analyses to facilitate business decision-making;
• driving continuous improvement of planning processes, reporting capabilities, and data quality.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

• a university degree, preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;
• a minimum of 2 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, or a similar supply chain function;
• excellent written and spoken English skills;
• advanced Excel skills and strong confidence in working with large data sets and analytical models;
• hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP IBP;
• a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations;
• flexibility, creativity, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment;
• strong collaboration skills and the ability to work successfully within international and cross-functional teams.
