Fresenius Kabi USA seeks an experienced Solution Architect to shape our global SAP IBP planning landscape, with responsibility for designing and evolving end-to-end SAP IBP solutions across demand, supply and S&OP.

You will work with international stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable architectures and ensure seamless integration with SAP APO and S/4HANA in regulated life sciences environments.

Formación

• 5+ years in Supply Chain Planning projects, including Demand and SNP.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable SAP solution architectures.
• Experience in regulated industries is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the design and architecture of SAP IBP solutions (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP).
• Shape end-to-end planning processes combining business requirements with SAP best practices.
• Ensure integration with the broader SAP landscape including SAP APO and S/4HANA.
• Lead global rollout and evolution of SAP IBP templates.
• Contribute to roadmap definition, project planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure scalable, high-quality delivery.

As part of our SAP Supply Chain organization at Fresenius Kabi, you will play a key role in shaping and transforming our global end-to-end supply chain planning landscape.

Our team drives the strategic design, standardization, and continuous optimization of SAP-based planning processes – connecting demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP across a complex, international environment.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect who brings both deep functional expertise and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, future-ready SAP planning solutions.

You will take ownership of designing and evolving our global planning solutions – with a strong focus on SAP IBP – and ensure seamless integration into our enterprise landscape.

Your responsibilities:

• Drive the design and architecture of SAP IBP solutions (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP) and ensure alignment with upstream and downstream systems

• Shape and implement end-to-end planning processes , combining business requirements, best practices, and SAP standard capabilities

• Ensure integration with the broader SAP landscape , including SAP APO and SAP ECC / S/4HANA

• Play a key role in the global rollout and continuous evolution of our SAP IBP template

• Contribute to roadmap definition, project planning, and strategic initiatives in the planning domain

• You will work closely with global business stakeholders, process owners, and IT partners to ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality solution delivery

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Logistics, or a comparable field

• Proven experience (5+ years) in Supply Chain Planning projects , including Demand and Supply Network Planning

• Strong expertise in SAP IBP and SAP APO (DP, SNP, PP/DS, gATP is a plus)

• Deep understanding of end-to-end planning processes in complex, global environments

• Ability to translate business needs into scalable SAP solution architectures

• Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., life sciences) is highly desirable

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in global, cross-functional teams

• Fluent in English
