Job summary

Blackwall is a security and web infrastructure company focused on safeguarding web ecosystems from automated threats. As a Sales Engineer you work within the Infrastructure and Solutions teams to support the Sales organization and tailor secure, scalable solutions for clients.

You will lead PoCs, advise on architecture, network-security, and business models, and bridge customer needs with Blackwall’s security software offerings across the EMEA region in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Infrastructure/Hosting/E-Commerce, preferably as Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Experience supporting sales cycles and delivering technical presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Projects to integrate Blackwall products and solutions into client and partner environments.
• Assess current systems architecture and collaborate with Architect and Developer teams to recommend solutions or improvements.
• Resolve technical issues and design, modify, and test technical solutions.
• Provide guidance to development teams and clients on technical issues and business impact.
• Update stakeholders on product development and interact with clients to understand needs and requirements.
• Analyze client systems to identify opportunities for Blackwall value.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of Blackwall products.
• Collaborate with sales teams to outline proposed solutions emphasizing technical and business value.
• Provide ongoing third-level technical support to partners.
