Amcor, Barcelona, seeks a Manager, Resin procurement for the EMEA region to lead sourcing strategy for PP/PE resins and build strong supplier partnerships to ensure uninterrupted supply at optimal total cost of ownership. You will manage strategic initiatives, collaborate with sites, and drive value through standardization and cost reductions.

The role requires deep category expertise, market intelligence, and robust stakeholder engagement to align regional actions with global procurement

Formación

• Experience in commodity procurement (polymers, steel, agricultural products).
• Experience in FMCG and/or packaging procurement.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, negotiations, and cost optimization in a multinational environment.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute resin category strategy aligned with regional and global plans.
• Lead supplier management and cost-optimization initiatives across EMEA.
• Track savings and monitor TCO and working capital improvements.
• Collaborate with sites and stakeholders to implement purchasing strategies.
