Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Analyst, Global Transparency Reporting (GTR) – EMEA, based in a major J&J location in the EMEA region. You will be a core member of the HCC Risk Management Solutions team, driving transparency reporting across Europe, Middle East, and Africa and collaborating with Legal, Finance, and IT stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in HCC or related compliance function.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transparency reporting activities across assigned EMEA markets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare, validate, and submit disclosures.
• Develop reporting methodologies, control frameworks, and risk assessments.
• Translate regulatory changes into reporting requirements and process improvements.
• Lead testing, deployment, and adoption of digital reporting capabilities.
• Develop analytics and visualizations to identify risks and opportunities.
• Create process documentation and deliver training materials.
