Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a Manager, Global Transparency Reporting (GTR) for the EMEA region. The role is based in any major J&J location and reports to the Director, Global Transparency Reporting, part of Health Care Compliance.

You will lead end‑to‑end reporting across countries, ensuring regulatory alignment and data excellence. Responsibilities include governance of reporting methodologies, data quality, stakeholder collaboration, and capability development of the team, with

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 5–7 years in HCC or related compliance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to explain compliance and reporting to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with database and reporting tools and managing recurring complex regulatory reporting processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentations.
